Cold War remains near to Runway 3
Near to the crop mark left by runway number 3, there are some scars left by Blakehill's second large radio mast, which has been described as a metal antenna, similar in shape to an oil drilling derrick. It is unknown at this time what this equipment was for, but the scars from the mast and outlying buildings are quite clear.
Most prominent is the underground channel that presumably once held transmission cables.
